The dal is chemical and pesticide-free, which makes it safe to use. It provides wholesome goodness of natural taste and good nutrition.

Overall a very good product, The batter becomes fluffy and non-sticky while grinding. Hence found a big difference between using organic and natural dal, The Dosa and Medu Vada I prepared, tasted very crispy. No baking soda was required while making Vada. They get soaked very quickly. In terms of quality, no compromise on using rich ingredients, and the price is worth the quality. Organic food is needed since my family is health conscious.

The size of the lentils is so good that when we cooked all the lentils were well cooked. The colour of the dal is too good and tempting. The flavour of it is superb. I made Puram Poli using this dal. The dish turned out excellent and much better than any other brands I used. I will purchase only this next time. I am very much satisfied with it.

I purchased this Organic Moong Dal Split and was satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the product. The quality is good and hygienic. The grain quality is at best, and the dal made is also tasty. It is organic and natural and it is rich in fibre and protein. It is light and healthy. It is unpolished as there was no yellow water after soaking it. Nice product at an affordable price.
