Ingredients

  • 1 cup Aashirvaad Organic Whole Wheat Atta
  • 1 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • For garnish (optional) Chopped nuts

Step 1
Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add ghee to it.
Step 2
Add Aashirvaad Organic Whole Wheat Atta to the pan and roast it on low heat until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma. Stir continuously to avoid burning.
Step 3
Once the atta is roasted, add sugar and milk to the pan and mix well.
Step 4
Continue cooking on low heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
Step 5
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture to a greased plate or tray and spread it evenly. You can garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
Step 7
Let it cool completely and then cut into desired shapes. Serve and enjoy!
